Victor has been in the event and hospitality industry for over 10+ years. He found his passion in events when coordinating many campus events. Victor graduated with his Bachelors Degree from the University of San Diego in Business Administration and received his Masters Degree from Pepperdine University studying Management and Leadership.
After graduating from USD, he was fortunate to travel all over the domestic United States and coordinate real estate and other corporate events.
He worked in the Convention Sales Department for one of the largest hotels on the Las Vegas strip - The Venetian Resorts. He also had the opportunity to be part of the opening team at Resorts World Las Vegas. His passion is creating experiences through events and excited to coach others to do the same.


Rita brings 12+ years of experience producing corporate events, executive board meetings, athletic events, and high-end health and fitness retreats, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional event experiences. She takes a hands-on, client-centric approach—overseeing logistics, budgets, and on-site operations—while collaborating closely with clients to bring their vision to life.

Taryn brings over 18 years of experience in the conference and event industry, beginning her career in NYC with The Learning Annex before moving to San Diego where she oversaw 400+ events annually and managed a team of 15 event professionals. Known for her strategic mindset, Taryn specializes in building and scaling teams, streamlining operations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to help organizations run more efficient and impactful events.
