Hi, I'm Victor

Founder/Course Trainer/Coach/Event Creator

Victor has been in the event and hospitality industry for over 10 years. He found his passion in events when coordinating many campus events. 

After graduating from USD, he was fortunate to travel all over the domestic United States and coordinate real estate and other corporate events. 

Now he lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and worked in the Convention Sales Department for one of the largest hotels on the Las Vegas strip - The Venetian Resorts. Most recently, he had the opportunity to be part of the opening team at Resorts World Las Vegas. His passion is creating experiences through events and excited to coach others to do the same.

With 12+ years of industry experience, Rita has executed various corporate events, exclusive board meetings, athletic events, and high-end health and fitness retreats.

Rita loves bringing her client's visions to life and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality events & experiences. 

With a client-centric approach, Rita believes that open communication and collaboration are vital to executing successful events. Rita takes a hands-on approach to event planning, from coordinating logistics, managing budgets, overseeing on-site operations, and ensuring client satisfaction. 

Rita resides between CA & CO and loves everything outdoors with her pup Mac.

Hi, I'm Taryn

Course Trainer/Coach

Taryn brings over 18 years of experience in the event conference industry to the table. Her career began in NYC, where she honed her skills at The Learning Annex, the largest seminar company of its time. After making the leap to the West Coast, Taryn found herself in sunny San Diego, where she took on the responsibility of overseeing 400+ events annually. In this role, she expertly managed a team of 15, which included pre-production and on-site event coordinators.

 Taryn's expertise extends beyond logistics; she possesses a keen eye for team building and scaling, excelling in streamlining processes and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Whether you're looking to build a team from the ground up or optimize existing operations, Taryn's strategic insight makes her an invaluable ally in navigating the event conference landscape.
