Victor’s career includes The Venetian Resort Las Vegas and the opening team at Resorts World Las Vegas. He holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a master’s in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University. His passion is creating experiences through events — and coaching others to do the same.
Rita produces corporate events, executive board meetings, athletic events, and health and fitness retreats. Her hands-on, client-centric approach means overseeing logistics, budgets, and on-site operations while working closely with clients to bring their vision to life.
Taryn started her career at The Learning Annex in New York City and went on to manage 400+ events a year in San Diego with a team of 15 professionals. Known for her strategic mindset, she specializes in team building, operational efficiency, and cost-saving strategies.
